Casablanca Property Amenities

This newer mountain home has it all. 5-bedrooms, 3-full baths, formal dining room and living room, family room and an eat-in kitchen with an island. Large wrap around porch with rocking chairs overlook gorgeous scenery with gas grilling and picnicking on the back porch. Bring your laptop and connect free to our wireless router or via a usb port. Unlimited free U.S. and world long distance calling.

This home is centrally located to all attractions in the heart of Valle Crucis near the Mast General Store. Ski, ice skate, tour wineries, visit Appalachian State University Campus, drop by the Mast General Store for an ice cream, enjoy the outdoors, get a massage, or just rock on the front porch. Enjoy a real vacation away from it all.

Amenities: washer/dryer, cable/TV/DVD, gas grill, wood burning fireplace,two zone air conditioning/heat,fully equipped kitchen, unlimited U.S. long distance, Jacuzzi tub in master, wireless internet, two car garage. Pets Allowed $50.00 non-refundable pet fee.

Sleeping Arrangements: Two king size beds, one queen bed and two full beds, with plenty of room for inflatables. Comfortably sleeps 8-10 guests.

Non-Peak Special: January 1-May 1, 2008 $175.00 nightly or $875.00 For 7-night booking (minimum 2-day booking req.)

Regular Non-Peak Rates: $245 nightly / $1,225 For 7-night booking (minimum 2-day booking req.)

Peak Rates: $265 peak season nightly / $1,325 For 7-night booking (minimum 2-day booking req.) (Peak season 07/01-08/15 and 10/1-10/31)

Holiday: $265. nightly / $1325 For 7-night booking (minimum 2-day booking req.) (Holiday Season 11/19-11/27 and 12/17-01/02)

Administrative Registration Fee $25/booking. Cleaning fee $95/booking.
